What will he say to jog your memory and tell you about your resolution? Eye contact, lowering eyes towards the hands or just saying something like "Do you remember something?" will work perfectly.You will not require a constant reminder after your nails have grown to some extent because then your body itself would create some defense against your exasperating habit.In short, you just need someone to say something whenever he/she sees your hand near your mouth! This tip will help you accomplish your goal of long, beautiful fingernails faster than you might have imagined.
